i have the same issue.  what the original poster described is that even though he has changed the default os web browser (in my case, from chrome back to ie, for corporate intranet links compatibility purposes), lotus notes continues to use the previous default os web browser (chrome, in my case) to handle web links.  frustrating!



only work-around i have so far is to use notes' internal web browser, which is the correct ie browser, but i'd rather have the consistent external browser interface.
