"you cannot access portion of this documentbeacouse it is encrypted and was not intended for you or you do not have the decry"
This error comes when try to switch ID
Pls.Give solution
ANSWER: Hi,
Part of the document was encrypted by an encryption key. Your new id does not have that encryption key. So, to solve this, you should get that encryption key for the ID.

Answer Hi,
The other person have to send you the encryption key.
How the person can you the encryption key is clearly explained in the notes help. I do not want to explain it here. It will be like re inventing the wheel.
I strongly advice that you check the notes help. It will save you lots of time.
