Question QUESTION: I hate the organization of Lotus Notes Address book because I can't figure out how to add more than one e-mail address per person. Any suggestions?

Sorry my friend. The organization address book (also known as the CNAB) is the single most important piece in the notes world.
If you need changes, then you will need to work very closely with Lotus and get it implemented. Otherwise, you will cripple your organization's notes world.
I am amused to see why a person needs more than one email address in the notes address book. It does not make any sense at all.

Answer Hi,
CNAB should have only the official email. Person's personal email has no place in the work place. That is my opinion.
If you or your organization cannot or not willing to implement this policy, then talk to Lotus and see what they have to say. May be they will allow you to add an additional field in the person form.
