Question
Hi Paski,

I have a form with readers field...the view with which i am displaying those documents is categorized and also i have one column to show column total. but total column is taking the value from all documents. But here the total sud be calculted from only those documents where i have access.can u please give me a solution for this.

Thanks,
Balaji.

Answer
Hi,

Try this and see if it solves the problem.

In the view properties, you can set a flag to not show categories if no documents is shown.

If that does not work, then there is no way.

But I am going to check this when I get to work on Monday (I do not have notes at home) and will send you a follow up.

Regards.

Paski
