Question Can stationary be shared among users. For instance if my company wanted a disclaimer on all its emails could a stationary be created that multiple users could select?

Sorry, stationary cannot be shared.
One way your company can do this is to put this disclaimer as part of the signature. But each employee should do this in their mail box.
Or modify the memo form in the master mail box remplate and add the disclaimer.
