Question
hello, manish.
thank you for taking the time to look at this question.
i am having issues with combo boxes that not only update in the current record when i choose a value - - they change the data in all the records.  how can i set them up so that if i am in record 6 and i choose a value, it is retained in that field only in that record?

Answer
Hi Desiree,

Infact I'm not to clear which values you change and where. I assume that once data in the combo box is changed it triggers an update query running behind it to makes changes to values in your entire database.
You need to check that query in your trigger and change its parameter values from all records to current record.
Probably you can send me a visual screen shot of your form on aqantassoftware@rediffmail.com so I can have a clear understanding.

Best regards,
Manish Batola.
