Using MS Access - Access question

Expert: Scottgem - 6/26/2009

Question
I have an Excel document that we use for a calendar for each shift. Each shift is 4 hours.
I am trying to automatically display on a screen the current assignments.
We have it built for a week at a time and for a total of 6 shifts in 4 hour blocks.
Is this something that I can use Access for?
I want it to display in current plus 4 hours if this makes sense..

Answer
You can use Access for almost anything and this is no exception. I'm not sure what you mean by current+4. I'm also not visualizing the display you want. What you might want to do is take a screen shot of the Excel sheet and attach that to a followup note. If I can see what you are trying to do I can probably help further.

Hope this helps,
