Question Hi, I hope you can help me with this problem. For most of my reports, my margins are 0.5. However, I've discovered that on my one users computer, their bottom margin will not go below 0.588. That is, if I open a report in Design view, go to Page Setup and on the Print Options tab try to set my the bottom margin to anything less than 0.588 it automatically resets it to 0.588. I do not have this problem on my computer so it's something specific to hers. Would you happen to have any idea what's causing this and where I would go to fix it? Thanks!
Answer Probably her printer driver. Try setting the printer to a specific printer and using some generic priter and see if it happens. If it does, then you know its that printer and you need to contact the manufacturer about it.
