Using MS Access - Parameter Query

Expert: Scottgem - 7/9/2009

Question
I need a Parameter Query to accept more than one entry so i can have it return the resuls for several records. The data, (test number) in the field i am searching on is unique to each record. It would need to ask to enter the test numbers, i.e. 1021, 1011, 1065.
Thanks.

Answer
I rarely use Parameter queries because they are so limiting. The way around this is to use a form to enter your parameters. This article gives an example:

Hope this helps,
