Using MS Access - Replicating in MS Access 2007

Expert: Scottgem - 7/9/2009

Question
Hi there,
I was using the replication feature in earlier versions of MS Access, to be able to work on my databases at home and then later synchronize them with our company's network databases.  However we have since moved over to 2007, and I have a new database that I can not convert to an earlier format.  Is there anyway of still being able to work from home?  I thought perhaps the link manager but I don't seem to be having much luck with that.  (I may not be using it properly as I have not used it before.)

Thank you,
Jennifer

Answer
Replication exists in Access 2007. If you look up Replication in Access 2007 you will find information about how to use it with 2007.

However, if the new database was created in Access 2007 you will need to have that version.

Hope this helps,
