Question
i have 25 combo boxes on my form with row source values "MENTIONED" and "NOTMENTIONED". I have a text boxes which will display the total number of "MENTIONED" selected. how can i sum the number of "MENTIONED" selected in the 25 combo boxes to display on the text boxes. please help me.....

Answer
Is your form bound to a table? If you have a table with a bunch of fields that are storing this data then your table design is not properly normalized. And a proper design wold make this easy.

As it is, you have use an expression like:

=IIF(combo1="Mentioned",1,0)+IIF(combo2="Mentioned",1,0)+...

Hope this helps,
