Hi,

I am trying to build a query that will help me find totals of purchase orders, for a specefied item, from a specefied supplier.

I have joined all of my tables with a SKU key. Now i want to see incoming PO's. My problem is that some suppliers only have one PO, and some have mutiple. When i run the query, my problem is  supplier 1 only has the sku listed one time, but supplier 2 has it listed three times (each being a unique value), then the data from supplier 1 just repeats three times to match the amount from supplier 2, but i want to only show unique values, and if i need more lines for supplier 2 because they have more PO's, how can i make the subsequent lines of supplier 1 so that it is not repearting info. I have already tried selectin "unique values=yes" from the parameters. I also have a visual example if that helps.
Thank you

Answer
What I need to see is the SQL for your query. It is possible you may need to use what I call interim queries to build towards your final result.

Hope this helps,
