Using MS Access/shift reports in excel

Question
I have a shift report that keeps track of a multitude of things for our company, I take this info and make charts so we can track it. The problem is that each supervisor saves his info sheet each day and I then have to take that sheet and reenter it to make the graphs. I was wondering if there is a way I can put the shift report in access so I can have place for all of it. Thanks for your time. Danny

Answer
Yes, you can. What you describe is more suitable to a database than a spreadsheet. But without more details on the structure, I can't be more specific.

Hope this helps,
