Question
I have a data base. There is a field named "Delivery", I entered some data in this field one of the following NVD, Forceps,Breech or Caesarean section.

I want to write a equation to count How many NVD ,Forceps,Breech or Caesarean
entered separately ( as Example NVD - 20, Forceps - 15, breech 18, Caesarean section 22)

I hope reply for this problem urgently

Answer
This is best done with a group by query. Group on Delivery and set to Count the PK field. The resulting recorded will show a count of each value for Delivery.

The other options are to use the Dcount function or create a report that groups by Delivery.
