i want to ask you that is there any procedure to disable close button and file menu exit commad. (access 2007 and 2010)

Answer
No there isn't at this time. Disabling or capturing the application window Close button is a frequently requested enhancement (see access.uservoice.com).

What you can do is load a form on startup and keep it loaded (though hidden). Then put code in the On close button of that form to run code when the app closes.
