Using MS Access - Faxing Photo

Expert: Rob Henderson - 2/5/2005

Question
Hi Rob:

  I am using Wind.XP Pro. Office 2000 ( Excel & Access),  & Wind Fax Pro 10.02.

I have two documents Excel & Access Report. When I Fax from Excel I lose part of the R-Margin even though on print preview it was ok. I had to increase the R-Margin then it was ok.

The problem is faxing from Access. I have a photo inserted on both documents.
The photo will not fax from access, it just shows a blank box. Any ideas?

I have a little VBA knowledge.

Thank you for your time.

Answer
Hi Don

The only thing that comes to mind here is have you unchecked the Tools|Options|TrackName AutoCorrect Info?

There is a known problem with margins when this is checked.

Other than that have you tried the knowledge base at MS for any issues?
