Using MS Access/Load From Query

Try creating another query based on your initial query (i.e. one that contains multiple tables) and base your form on the new query. (e.g.

your new query would read some thing like ... 'Select * FROM OldQuery')

Your form's Record Source must be a linked or local table. Using a SQL statement or saved query as the Record Source will prevent filters saved as queries from appearing in the Applicable Filters dialog.
