QUESTION: Sir,

I new to software field and dont know about VB.Net,But

I would like to have a small application that would look in a folder,
and convert all the CSV files to XLS.
I dont know even how and where to run such scripts

Could you please help in this matter..

Also, its as simple as opening the CSV in excel and re-saving it in xls format. If you are at some level of programming you can probably write a script that does it automatically for you.
