Subject: move asp website follow up

Question
Thank you for your answer, the problem is that i cannot use my original email because i can't remember the password.

A few days ago i sent you an email with the problem that i need to move an asp website.

The host server that we have can support asp.

So i have to know which IIS it supported?

With that backup, will i have to make any changes or will it work without any problem after i updated it?

What i suppose to ask them exactely because they aslo want me to monitor their emails addresses and aslo remember it's website where clients have accounts and they can access their info on that website.

i didn't really understand this sentence "can plz tell they have a database in where they the emails simle copy the database and upload it to new host"

Thank you very much for your help.

Answer
Hello Sir,

1 . If Its ASP Supported Then Leave The IIS its mean that IIS 6 is installed on the server becuz its a default IIS version provided by windows servers or other microsoft windows .

2 . Take a Backup -> No Need To Change -> Upload To Server -> View Whole Site and Check Carefully -> if you see the broken links note that pages and fix it.

3. you Simple Check That if they are using mysql or sql server or msaccess database copy the whole database from old server and take a backup too then upload that database to new server...

if you dont understand that add me syedadeel2@msn.com/@yahoo.com/@gmail.com ok i will tell u live what to do ok ...

thank you
