Subject: File Open Error in vb.net

Question
hi

When i try to open vb.net project i get the following error.
The selected file is a visual studio solution file, but was created by a newer version of Visual Studio and cannot be opened.

Any suggestions would be greatly helpful.

Answer
Dhana,

You are probably trying to open a file in VB 2003 that was created with VB 2005.

I would download the latest version of visual basic.  If that does not work, There is probably something wrong with the file or VB had an error when saving the file.

Good Luck,

Brandon Drake
