Experience Have been working in this specific area for last 2 years previously I was a VB 6 Developer with experties in other languages as well. Total 10 years of programming experience.
I am pretty familiar with Visual Basic 6.0, but I am trying to expand my knowledge into VB.NET. Right now I am kind of working on a game of sorts.
Would you be able to tell me the best way to display graphics using VB.NET?
Could you even give some sample code for displaying a bmp or ico with the press of a key, and/or moving said picture around by either keyboard or mouse?
I know that's asking a lot, so I will more than welcome whatever you can give me.
I'm even up to being directed to a website that offers tutorials on the subject.

Did u have a look at System.Drawing namespace?
There are some very cool third party 3D Graphics assemblies available for VB.Net as well.
Google is your best mate in this regard. Do ask me any questions that kinda bugs you a lot and google is of no help.
