Subject: VB.NET Move Column in Excel

Question
Sir,
I wrote a vb.net program that places data into an excel spreadsheet.  I need to move columns of the worksheet to another area within the excel worksheet.  In excel the code is as follows:
   Columns("A:A").Select
   Selection.Cut
   Columns("F:F").Select
   Selection.Insert Shift:=xlToRight

How can I move an entire excel column via my vb.net program?

Thank you in advance for your time,
Bob

Answer
lets learn how to catch the fish.

Open MS Excel, Goto Tools and click on record macro. then goto any of your excel sheet and try to move a column. after that stop recording the macro. then open Visual Basic Editor and look for the code that was generated.

Do let me know if you have any trouble.
