Question Thanks again for your response but when I used your code it did not clear the textboxes or listboxes. Is there something else I need to do?

Answer have u got controls in Panels or picture boxes or even group boxes, if the controls are contained by someother container control they wont be accessible through the Me.Controls collection but rather e.g. Panel1.Controls collection.
If I understood it correctly you want the contents of the control to be cleared not the controls completely wiped out from the Form????
