I can answer questions regarding the Graphics object, file access, general optimization, printing (on paper), user controls, program mathematics, the registry, creating macros, processes, and fundamental or basic questions. I have made a few asp.net pages but I do not know the language extensively. I have not done much work with databases but I have created my own database systems.

Experience
I have been programming with visual basic for 6 years. In all I have written programs in about 8 programming languages, although, I only know about 3 well. I have written a few applications but mainly I like to write programs for fun.

Hi Brandon,

        Very very sorry for asking you such a  silly question. I have 3 years exp in vb and now I would like to start learn .net(vb.net). The latest version of .net is visual basic 2005. IS IT RIGHT ? If so, please suggest me any excellent site for self learning (like online vb.net Tutorial) If not so, then Please direct me in the right way. Thanks a lot...

VB.Net 2005 is the latest version of visual basic.  If you have not downloaded it yet, you can get it at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vb/.

For a tutorial, I would go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vb/learning/.  The tutorials there were made by Microsoft and should be pretty good.
