would you please guide me how to show,insert,update,delete of sql-server table records in datagrid in vb.net

There are too many questions in one go. You need to first learn how DataAdapter and DataSet are used in VB.NET. .NET has built-in SQL-Server providers and are reliable and easy. However you can refer following links for more:
