Subject: Getting a form to work on an AOL website

Question
Miguel,
I run a community web site out of my AOL account and would to run forms to allow the users to do surveys and submit comments. According to AOL they do not support PERL or cgi's. Is there a way to create a data file in my home directory and use VB Script to send the data variables from the forms to the file? I tried writing a Visual Basic program to run a file but it won't run on AOL. Since Java Script works I assume VB Script could do the job as well.

Thank you for your time.

Answer
Sorry, I haven't used VBScript on web sites.  What is significant here is that AOL won't let you use any server-side code, and I am not if you can achieve this by client-side javascript or VBScript.
You can check what are the AOL options for doing what you want, they may have some functionality available.
