Question
What causes the screen to  to come up internet explorer script error when I am trying to print a page. It says access is denied and ask if I want to continue running scripts on this page. I don't know what that means.

Answer
It looks like the web page has not being designed properly.  There may be many causes, but usually they are not in your computer.  You may try to disable the script support on your browser and check the page again, or try the same page with a different browser.
