I want to sell my house but I am not a realtor.  Can I advertise on realtor.com?  If not, where can I advertise (must not be too expensive as the house probably won't sell for more than $30,000)?

Sorry it took so long to reply, I have been on vacation.
Realtor.com will not allow to advertise there, but there are a number a FSBO (for sale by owner) websites available. There is propbably one that covers your specific area.
