Hi I'm originally from Washington State and recall how incrediably beautiful it is in British Columbia (BC) during the times I used to drive up there.
I now live in Texas, but my question is how easy do you think it is for US citizens to buy land in BC? I thought I may like to build a cabin up there.
Answer Although real estate is not my expertise, I do know that non citizens can own load in BC. There are numerous off shore individuals / companies doing just that.
