i was wondering if you know which one are the cheapest (but not worst) 4-year colleges in vancouver.

Answer You are right, this is out of my area of expertise ... but ... may I suggest you check out Post Secondary Institutions Lower Mainland in a Google Search (instead of "Lower Mainland", you can use Richmond, Burnaby, Vancouver, Surrey, Coquitlam and North Vancouver for cities"). As for costs, that all depends on a whole bunch of variables; basic tuition, courses taken, books required, whether or not you will you be living on campus.
