Question For about two weeks, I'm having paresthesias and tightness in both legs. What are some things that could cause this?
Answer not sure what you mean by tightness..
but numbness is usually from nerve problems or sometimes decreased bloodflow to an area where the nerve lives
when does this happen? after walking/exercise?
what makes it worse & better (stop walk, sit...)
what part of your legs? thigh, butt? calves?ankles?
