Question
i've wanted to become a vegetarian fo a while but, most of the time i dont know what to eat. the only thing i know what to make that is vegetarian is a salad. what other vagetarian foods can i make?

Answer
Michael,

That's funny because I hate salad. I'd suggest that you go to a book store, flip through some vegetarian recipe books, and see what appeals to you. Also, check out www.vegetariantimes.com and www.vrg.org.

In addition, try going to a natural foods store and picking up a couple of packages of vegetarian chicken and beef flavored stock. Also, you can buy soy substitutes for any recipe calling for hamburger. If you have any recipes you liked as a meat-eater, and you want to convert them, you can do so with the soy products and the vegetarian chicken/beef stock.
