hi
I was recently diagnosed with chlumydia and my docter perscribed me 1 dose of azithromycin. After about a week I noticed that my penis wasn't sore or itching any more but I still had discharge coming from my penis. I thought this treatment would end this but it hasn't. I also noticed that I have a firm lymph noid near my groin. Please help me if you can. im so scared that I may have something even more serious wrong with my such as HIV. I feel so stupid and I have definatly learned my lesson about unprotected sex but before I cane move on, I have to deal with my current problem.

Hi Steve, he should have treated you for both gonorrhea and chlamydia. He should have also tested you for all sexually transmittable infections as you were at risk. My only advice would be to return to your doctor for advisory. If you do not have insurance, try a free or low-cost STD clinic.
