in the past 2 days a load of little red dots have appeared on the top of my penis some bigger than others but there not that big almost the size of a full stop.! and some smaller i am worried and am not sure what to do and unfortunatley im not man enough to go to my gp with the problem do u have any idea what they are not itchy painfull or produce a tingly or burning pain.... thanks very much for your time.

You really need to go to a doctor and get a checkup. You could have a sexually transmitted disease and need to be treated. Or if it isn't anything serious, you could find that out as well.
Please take care of your health. Also, if you are having sex, consider abstinence to not continue the spread.
