Question
Hi, ive got a slight concern. Im a 20 year old male who's had sex with 3 different girls, 2 being long relationships, last year me and my girlfriend broke up for a while and i had unprotected sex with a girl that i didn't know too well. About 3months ago i noticed two red spots/bumps together on the front base of my penis, i didnt think too much of it as i shave fairly reguarly however recently i have noticed 1 more spot/bump and a few smaller ones surrounding the area which seem to be under the skin. Now these spot/bumps are not painful or itchy and never have been, the largets being around 2mm in diameter. There are no other symptoms i just dont understand why another more have appeared, i havnt been to a doctor regarding this yet wondered if you can advise on if its something serious or not.   Thankyou jim

Answer
I would get this checked out at a doctor. Usually an STD will have itchy symptoms but maybe not. And maybe it's nothing serious. But like I said, I think it would be good to have an exam by the doctor just in case. I don't know if there would be any treatment but you would want to know to prevent spreading a disease to someone else. I would advise you to reserve sex for marriage to avoid problems in the future as well as possibly causing a woman to be pregnant.
