i have tiny pin prick like spots on the head of my penis which are itchy and after i have sex with my girlfriend it feels like its burning.

You really need to get a checkup at your doctor or a clinic. You may have an STD or sexually transmitted disease. I'm not a medical professional but to me, it sounds like it could be an STD. Your girlfriend needs to be tested too, if it turns up that you have an STD. Your health is of the utmost importance. You may want to consider abstinence at this time of your life. You then don't need to worry about pregnancy, babies, or STDs.
