Sexually Transmitted Diseases - tiny bumps on the tip of my penis

Question
Hi, I'm 17 years old and this has been bothering me for a very long time, I'm a clean fit kid, I play football and like to keep myself in shape. I've only had sex ONE time and I used a condom and I've received oral sex twice in February but she did not have any type of sores on her mouth but I still know you can spread herpes like that. About in May-ish, I noticed I started getting what looked like exactly a zit on my penis and it was just one and yes it was visible clearly from my eye, it wasn't very large, and there was NO PAIN at all and there was no burning sensation in my urine. Now it's been overtime and it looks like there is a little cluster of them, not much but like 4 or 5, if someone would be to look at my penis normally, you would not even notice anything but if you stretch out the skin on the tip of my penis and look closely you can notice them, they do not have a red base under them, they just look like little tiny white zits and there is no itching from them at all or nothing. But them being there just puzzles me and I'm tired of wondering, I wan an answer from someone on the net and tell me what I should do or what it might be because if it were to be any STD I would think it would be herpes because of these "vesicle" type things but they might not even be vesicles, it does not look like they carry fluid or anything and I have never got any of the herpes symptoms, but I just need some help, thanks. P.S. I do masturbate quite a bit, almost everyday if that helps with anything and I smoke marijuana on almost a daily basis.

Answer
John,

The only thing I can tell you is to consult a doctor. You really need to have a checkup to see what is the problem. Perhaps it is treatable but if you don't find out, you will keep worrying and it could be serious. So go to a doctor. Also, I know this isn't part of your question but I would recommend you to stop smoking marijuana. Also, I would advise you to consider abstinence from any kind of sexual activity as it could cause future health problems.
