Sexually Transmitted Diseases/bumps on penis shaft

Question
bumps
bumps
Hello,
I recently noticed some reddish bumps on my penis shaft with white tips.  I looked around online and i'm not sure if they are fordyce spots or something else.  I have similar looking spots on my nipples, which have been there for years.  I have engaged in unprotected sex before, but not often.  If they are harmless (they aren't irritating or changing at all really) then why would they suddenly appear.  I attached a photo.  thank you

Answer
I can't diagnose over the internet or by pictures. You must go to your doctor and get a checkup. This is necessary to rule out any diseases or infection. Only one time of sex can cause a sexually tranmitted disease. There really is no such thing as "protected" sex because no kind of birth control method is 100% safe in preventing STDs or pregnancy. Let me know what happens.
