Sexually Transmitted Diseases/brown spot on my penis

Hi doc. It's already been awhile since it appeared. I'm 19, virgin and I don't feel any pain. I used to masturbate myself a lot (not that much nowadays)... Is it normal?

I cannot diagnose over the internet or by pictures. If you haven't been sexually active, then it can't be a sexually transmitted disease. Can you go to the doctor and get an exam? Otherwise, you can't find out what might possibly be wrong with you. So don't hesitate any longer and go to a doctor or free clinic. Good luck! P.S. I would urge you not to masturbate but I congratulate you on being a virgin. I think it's important to save sex for marriage.
