Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Small raised dots on penis head

I have small, lighter colored, raised blisters (?) on my dick head (I'm not referring to the pearly penile papules). They appeared on my penis today, and I masturbated last night for the first time in a while. I'm currently waiting for my regular STI test results to come back but these weren't there when I had them done.

I'm not sure what they are, but I've had them before and they come and go. I'm not feeling any burning or itching sensation; they are just THERE!

I have Fordyce spots and am unsure if these are related.

What could they be? I'm worried it might be herpes.

Hi Ryan,

Those are Fordyce's as well; they've probably always been there and you're just now noticing them because during erection the tissue swells and things become more pronounced then they normally would be. They're not blisters at all, but a natural part of your glans. Since you have some dry skin issues, you might want to invest in some water based lubricant as part of your masturbation regimen AND when you have intercourse just to cut down on the noticeable inflammation.

Best wishes,
