Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Glans tissue is damaged

Greetings, Doc!
Ive been facing some problems with my penile glans, like the cracks which are probably visable on the picture. I cured those with a bit of vaseline yet ive started to notice those bumps on my glans. This is the picture. Id be more than happy to get a response!

The "cracks" are supposed to be there and you cant cure them. That's normal tissue and is not a sign of disease or malignancy. Vaseline is a terrible idea, along with any other oil based product, to place on your penis or genitals as oil traps bacterial, dirt, lint, and body oils. You don't use anything on your genitalia, but for future reference if you engage in masturbation or intercourse I would recommend using a water based or silicon lubricant as it cuts down on inflammation and abrasions. Consult Amazon or your local drug store for such products as they are extremely helpful and great for both partners. Let me know if you have follow-up.
