Question
It's been almost 3 years since my chance encounter im very paranoid person so anytime i notice any change in my penis I automatically assume std more often I think herpes . Since August 2013 my penis sometimes feel extra sensitive so this gets me worried it last for a few weeks like if it brushes up Aganist my boxers or something but this feeling usually disappears once I get hard . Last sunday after a blowjob i noticed a scrap on my penis it healed scanned and the scab feel off on Wednesday then Wednesday night i masturbated but I was a little nervous to touch my penis bare just in case so i did it thru my boxers which probably caused more friction then usually so this morning i noticed another little scrap in the same area please help

Answer
John,

Since you're describing abrasion burns which occur after unlubricated intercourse or masturbation and occur from friction, I would suggest investing in some water or silicone based lubricant. This would prevent any future burns and scabs from occurring in the first place and if you have intercourse, use a barrier method with lubricant for added pleasure and protection. And stop being paranoid! Let me know how it works out for you.

Best wishes,

John
