Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Skin Tags on Penis

Yesterday my boyfriend (25 years old) noticed a few little bumps on his penis. You can count maybe 5 of them total. He says they were not there before and I had never felt them either. To me they look like Skin tags but I am scared he might have genital warts. If you could help me and see if it looks like an STD or if it's nothing to worry about. Thank you!

(The little brown bump in the middle)

They're neither skin tags not warts, they're Fordyce's spots, which are the clinical equivalent of pimples and extremely common and normal. A lot of men and women have them and they are actually genetically attributed. Make sure he leaves them alone as they are NOT to be popped like a normal zit because they are a deep form of dermal cyst that can permanently scar and cause way more problems than if you leave them alone. Plus they can come back; they will eventually go away on their own. They can appear anywhere on the glans of the penis *head*, shaft, and even on the testicles, so now that you recognize them you wont be so surprised by them!
