Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Possible STI

I've been having frequent sex lately, probably 3 partners within the last 2 months and just the other day I noticed a red spot on my penis towards my pee hole, or urethra opening whichever, and it's just a collection of red dots. They don't appear to be filled with anything and they don't bother or irritate me whatsoever. I've had something similar before after rough intercourse but it cleared up and these have been here for about a week now. I am also uncircumcised and have an active sex life.

Those are abrasions and will clear up on their own, but they are not an indication of a disease. They are an indication that you probably do not use a silicone or water based lubricant during sexual activity, which would significantly reduce your chance of getting them. Even more so if you're using a barrier method. A few dabs of hydrocortisone cream on the spots will help them heal faster, but they go away within a few days. Any follow up?
