My boyfriend and I have been together for 16 in a half years and yes your cold sore will give her herpes. I was just diagnose a week in a half ago. We thought we were being careful and I guess we had been playing Russian roulette. Get yourself checked out by you doctor and have him prescribe medication instead of using over the counter.

Yes, This is true! My 17 year old daughter was just diagnosed with herpes because of her boyfriends cold sore! Please be careful, this is a life changing condition! I thought her boyfriend was lying to her until I researched it myself!
