Question QUESTION: I am scheduling a destination wedding on Margarita island in Venezuela this March. The majority of invitees are coming from the United States. There are no direct flights to Margarita from the US and we've heard negative remarks about Caracas airport's immigration. Flights to Aruba are less than half that of flights to Caracas, so we are hoping to charter flights AUA-PMV-AUA. We are having difficulty finding recommended charter airlines. Help?!?
ANSWER: Hello Sindy
How many pax are flying from Aruba to Margarita to Aruba?
When are they flying in and out ?
Best regards,
Francisco

QUESTION: Hi,
Not sure if you got my answer. Here it is in case:
About 8 to 10 adults + 3 kids (1,3 and 6 years old)
From Aruba to Margarita they are flying the 7th of March
From Margarita to Aruba they will be flying 11th of March
I should mention the return flight might be lighter since a couple of people are planning on staying a bit longer.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Sindy
Answer Hello Sindy
I can propose you flights on a Cessna Caravan C208, the total of aprox 18 hours of flying time and a cost of USD 20.000 (Twenty Thousand USD)
You only fly half of the 18 hours, but the plane flies empty from Caracas to Aruba then with you from Aruba to Margarita then empty from Margarita to Caracas and again on the return.
