Question
is there anything good you can tell me about Miranda? from what i have read (from only one source, so i could be wrong) Miranda has the greatest human development index. but i want to know if it has those awesome advantages you mentioned about other places, like being tax free and having extremely low gas prices? also is speaking Spanish a must because i know English is the international language. im going because i want to be able to speak Spanish fluently, i already know a good bit, im just worried about how much i need to know. and lastly, how much money do you think ill need before i even leave America

Answer
Hi Nolan

Maybe you are referring to MERIDA ?  Not clear what do you mean by Miranda.

Miranda is also the name of a State, named after an Venezuela independence hero, that lived in Europe, fought for France and loved Catherine The Great from Russia ! (Also copied the Russian flag and if you look closely is very similar to the Venezuelan flag)

Best regards,

Francisco
