Question
Dear Kemper,
I have an invention and I have two options - licensing and joint venture. Tell me in detail what's the advantages and disadvantages (economically and politically) of these two options if my focus is to be rich while retaining decision-making power. Which one should I adopt? Any other alternative? A combination of alternatives? Monopolizing it without sharing will invite more adversary than I can think of.

Answer
I cannot give you all the data you seek in under 25 pages.

however, succinctly, joint venturing will get you closest to
what you want.

if u want to talk to me further off allexperts, I can
do that to.
