Answer
Kris:
You have asked complex questions I will either answer them briefly or refer you to sources.
1) I do not know how much Rs 1crore is in USD. In general start-up money is difficult to obtain. The fact that you have experience in the industry is helpful. If the US contract is in writing and with a reputable company your chances are even better. At times the contract can be used for purchase order financing. Moreover, I would not proceed unless there is a contract in place.
2) There are business plan samples on vfinance.com and Nvst.com among others.
3) See my article on my site proplana.com under featured news "A Business Planner and Venture Capitalist Look at Business Plans.
4)In the United States venture capitalists seek 20-40 percent of the company
5)I am unfamiliar with the venture capital business in India
