Question
How can it be possible for a company to have a possitive cash flow from operations in the same year as it has a net loss, or to have a negative cash flow in the same year that it has a net income?

Answer
LUKA:

i am not understanding something simple here;

a financial statement can be depicting the status of
a property's net profit or loss AT a given moment within
the year and a different financial statement will only
show the status at the end of the year.

many properties will be profitable part of a year and
not profitable part of a year--slow paying tenants,
repairs, etc.

Please elaborate on your question.

[is this for a property you are considering buying
or for a class assignment?]
